Orders placed after the daily cut-off time (3:00 PM EST) will be processed the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Delivery may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control (weather, holidays, etc.).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Carrier rates

  • Order weight/size

Promotional offers such as Free Shipping may apply depending on ongoing campaigns.

You can track your order at any time.


5. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Failed deliveries due to customer error

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, we can reship it after the customer pays the new shipping fee.

We do not guarantee arrival dates but always ensure your package is shipped promptly.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your order as Delivered, but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check with your building management

  • Contact the carrier directly

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
