You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.
What this return policy covers
We accept returns for:
• defective or damaged products
• wrong items received
• quality issues
• dissatisfaction with the product, if the item is unused and in resellable condition
Items that are used, washed, intentionally damaged or returned outside the allowed time frame may not be eligible for a refund.
How to request a return
To start a return, contact us at contact@ternaluxury.com with your order number, the reason for the return and, if applicable, photos of the issue.
We will provide detailed instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
